DLX designed and installed a complete external lighting scheme across two luxury residential properties on the prestigious St George's Hill Estate in Weybridge, Surrey.

With aesthetics at the forefront of the design, the lighting was carefully planned to complement the architecture of each property and enhance the surrounding gardens and landscaped areas after dark. A combination of architectural and garden lighting was used to highlight key features, create depth and bring warmth to the outdoor spaces.

Security was also an important consideration throughout the project. DLX integrated a sophisticated lighting control system, allowing the external lighting to be managed effectively while ensuring entrances, pathways, boundaries and key areas around the properties remain safely and securely illuminated.

The result is a seamless residential lighting scheme that combines design, functionality and security, transforming the appearance of both homes at night while remaining sympathetic to the character of St George's Hill and its surroundings.
